GitHub Classroom

GitHub Classroom is a feature of GitHub Education and is a great way to manage student coding assignments. GitHub Classroom offers individual and group assignments and can make them pulic or private. It also has features for viewing progress, providing feedback and integrating existing teaching tools.

Getting Started

The GitHub Education team has produced a getting started video series for GitHub Classroom. This series covers topics from adding a student roster to creating assignments and submitting & grading assignments.

In addition to this series, we have created an FAQ section from the experiences of SDSU instructors.
